2) Go into the newspaper (journalism room, whatever its called) and solve the puzzle about the time( this one i got help from walkthrough ) . Basically they give you a file which shows numbers: now treat it as a colour blind test, except the numbers indicate the colours. Do you see a shape of a number? good. Now just get the numbers and they'll be the time on the clock so just set the clock hands to the right position and there you go you get the second jewel.

To my knowlege it was 7. Claire and Chris Redfield, Ada Wong, Albert Wesker, Leon Kennedy, Sherry Birkin and Jill Valentine

Edit: There is also Carlos Olivera, since there isn't an ending where he dies in 3. Chris Redfield wasn't in Raccoon City during the outbreak, so he does not count. Barry Burton was also present during the destruction of Raccoon City in Resident Evil 3 in an alternative ending, and according to the books Barry did survive the Arklay Mountain indecent. However there's 3 possible endings where he dies in the lab but that isn't the Raccoon City incident, so its irrelevant. What ends up happening is that you get access to the exclusive. The exclusive is basically your last and most expensive upgrade for your weapon. Now, each weapon is different. After you get rid of the outrageous prices of the tuning up, the Killer 7 will reach its max capacity. So, there's one weapon you don't have to worry about. there are two ways. the first is to make sure your opponent is on his knees. you then approach him from the front and hti the button command. this way is tricky cause it doesn't always do a suplex. the easiest way is to stand behind them when they're on their knees and hit the action button when prompted

its best to beat it on hard so you'll get 5 costumes with an A rank you'll get a dino crissis skin/uniform/outfit. to get the key beat the game once and you'll get the key and an mini game if you'll played later resident evils you know its mercenaries mode. but the chose is yours for what mode to beat it on.

do you mean handguns that are in resident evil? well a lot of them are general handguns. the red9 is a german broomhandle. The Chinese version would be a lot cheaper, and rpg's are very, very illegal, don't try to get one of those.
