No, in "The Lost Hero" by Rick Riordan, the character Jason does know his name. However, he has lost his memory and is struggling to remember his past and how he ended up at a wilderness camp.

Oh dude, like, spoiler alert! But yeah, Percy Jackson regains his memory in the book series. It's kind of a big deal, you know, because memory loss can be a real bummer, especially when you're a demigod trying to save the world and stuff. So, yeah, Percy remembers who he is and continues on his epic quest.

Not all the time. In The Lost Hero, Percy's name was mentioned, but he wasn't in the book. The rest of the books in the series will have Percy.

The name of the book is "Son of Neptune" (Neptune is the Greek counterpart of Poseidon) so I believe the book will be about Percy at the Roman Camp. That being said, Percy should make an appearance in the second book.

Well according to an interview he said this when asked if he had any pets, "...Big Boy, who enjoys eating dog food, Little Boy, who is naturally bigger than Big Boy, and Slinky, the sweetest girl cat you've ever met. We also have an older cat Yoshi, who is now having definite territorial issues, and a golden lab named Sunny, who has no problem with cats as long as they don't eat her dog food."

But according to his website he only has two cats- not four- so this is most likely pretty old.

Once he destroyed Luke Castellan's soul, he bathed in the river Styx. Once Percy was sure of this, he went through with Nico's plan which was to also bathe in the river Styx. Percy becomes invincible and takes on Kronos.

In the Temple of Gods, Luke is fighting for his last breath. Then the Great Prophecy comes true. Percy is the 16 year old child that makes the final decision; give Luke the cursed blade, the knife he gave Annabeth. Luke hits his Achilles spot, and Kronos is blown to Tarturus.

For the movie: Sea of Monsters will be opening in 2012.

Rick Riordan has writen the Tres Navarre series, a mystery series FOR ADULTS. He has also written The Heroes of Olympus series, which adds on to the Percy Jackson series but isn't actually part of it. The Heroes of Olympus series includes: The Lost Hero, the Son of Neptune, and the Mark of Athena, (which comes out fall 2012). He has also written the Kane Chronicles series, which includes: The Red Pyramid, The Throne of Fire, and The Serpent's Shadow (comes out may 1st, 2012) He is planing on writing a series on Norse mythology in 2015

Overall, the mood is fun. It is a children's book after all, so it will not be too dark. There is a lot of humor (humor for children, mind you) as well as fun adventure scenes. At times, it may get a bit romantic between the main character, Percy, and his friend, Annabeth Chase, but the most romantic it gets is getting embarrased around eachother, and in the fourth book, a quick kiss. Also, it can get intense during battle scenes, but not extremely. Also, when someone dies, it does get sad, but not enough to make you ball your eyes out.

So, the Percy Jackson books are fun, and that is the best way to sum them up.

yes but then Annabeth and Jason find out they did a camp trade between the roman camp and the Greek camp. Jason is from the roman camp as he is the son of Jupiter. Percy is from the Greek camp he is the son of Poseidon.

EDIT: It's going to be made into a movie soon. Right now they are gathering the cast. It is rumored that currently the casting directors' top choice for the role of Sadie Kane is Hailey Grace, and for Carter they prefer Chris Sawyer.
