These weapons cannot be compared. Tzhaar-Ket-Om is a crush type weapon, opposite to the Dragon2h which is a slash weapon. These weapons are effective against different types of players/monsters. For example, Ket-om is more effective then dragon 2h on players wearing full rune.

No,the only thing that potions do is raise your attack, defence, and strength. There are other uses, but you can not heal your sell. if you want to heal yourself, buy monk fish and eat them.

Edit: For members, Saradomin Brews are able to heal health points. Super Restore Potions and Restore potions restore prayer points as well as your stats. Using a Saradomin brew along with Super Restore is very effective for many bosses and long monster trips as a 6 dose flask for both can restore 1000+ hp and many prayer points.
