The Janitor tells J.D. that his name is Glen Matthews, however the Janitor answers to the name of Tony when greeted by a passerby.
They didn't take Elliot out really. The actress that played Elliot, Sarah Chalke, left the show. Actually, a lot of the main cast left the show in season 9.
"Landau makes high-quality scrubs that come in a variety of colors, prints, and patterns. Landau has careful quality control supervisors that ensure their scrubs are made to the highest specifications."
Elliott and J.D. never fall out of a tree, no are they ever stuck in one. J.D. is stuck in a tree in the season 9 episode 'Our Drunk Friend.' Also, Turk and J.D. are stuck in a tree together in the season 5 episode 'My Big Bird.' That's actually kind of a lot of tree incidences for a show, but J.D. and Elliot never fell into that trap together.
The Scrubs theme song was written and performed by the band Lazlo Bane.
JD was trying to be cool and drink a little but Dr Cox knew how much he hated beer and so it's obvious he doesn't drink Scotch. So just as JD took a sip, Dr Cox reminded him that he doesn't drink Scotch, as in, he doesn't like it. So JD spit it out.
[edit]
While the above is entirely possible, the way Dr. Cox says it and the context implies otherwise. Dr. Cox wouldn't really know nor care about JD's drinking habits- he is known to imbibe an appletini (easy on the tini), so another hard liquor like scotch, though unlikely, isn't out of the question.
Cox emphasizes the word "drink" and is a seasoned scotch drinker, so he probably means that scotch is a drink to be gently sipped, not gulped in the quantity that JD took (clearly not knowing that scotch is a rough liquor and not a delicious butterscotch-like liqueur). "You don't DRINK scotch", you sip it.
[re-edit]
No, the first answer was correct. Dr. Cox would certainly be aware that Scotch would be entirely inconsistent with "Girl Name's" drinking habits. The second answer's suggestion that Scotch is along the same lines of an appletini is wrong and offensive on so many levels. He clearly emphasized the "you" as applying to JD, which set up the joke of JD spitting it out in disgust.
Oddly enough, there's a wesbsite called 'scrubsandbeyond' out there which should help you out. And there's also the regular shopping sites, such as Amazon.
Elliot was a sexy nurse in the season 2 episode 'My Interpretation.' If that wasn't what you were looking for, you'll need to be a little more specific about who was dressing in the sexy nurse manner.
In the show Scrubs, Neil Flynn, who portrays The Janitor, dates a girl named Lady. In fact, they are married.
It is stated he is 40 in series 2 so id say

series 2 - 40

series 4 - 42
etc....
because they come out of sperm eggs:)
That song is called "Light and Day." It's featured in Season 3, episode 19 - my choosiest choice of all. Not only is the song similar to the Polyphonic Spree, it IS the Polyphonic Spree!
Ben Sullivan never dressed up as a clown. J.D. and the Janitor, however did, in the season 3 episode 'His Story II.'
Nobody. Carla wasn't on Scrubs in season 9. Her finale episode was "My Finale," in season 8. Carla was married to Christopher Turk, however they got married in season three.
