What does unreasonable searches and seizures mean?
Unreasonable searches are those performed without a warrant or probable cause. Probable cause is established when a law enforcement officer can reasonably suspect the commission of a crime, without explicitly violating the suspect's expectation of privacy. For instance, if someone were to rob another person on the street in plain view of others, and then run into his private home, an officer could enter the property and apprehend the criminal. But if an officer randomly decided to search a house without permission or a search warrant, the search would be unreasonable, and the fruits of the search would be suppressed in court.

If someone was very stressed about flying, they could get a seizure, but it would be the stress, not the flying itself that causes them to have a seizure. So you can say that flying does not cause seizures.

What do you not do for a seizure victim?
The only thing you can do with a seizure is let it run its course, so in terms of what not to do, you don't try to stop the seizure. You should not try to interfere with the person, only to make sure they are ok, and don't do themselves any unnecessary injury, like if they fall. Don't totally ignore them either. One other thing you should not do is panic. As the person is probably used to having seizures, they are normally more upsetting for those around them than for the person themselves. Not knowing what is going on if they have never seen one before, people will panic and get all sorts of crazy ideas as to what is happening and what they should do. It is human nature to do that, but as much as possible, don't panic. It won't help.

My aunt has seizures all the time and her eyes roll back in her head she turns very dizy she cant move her eyes they control themselves and they can cause many problems for your health. you may not be able to drive at all. You might never be safe.
I am a seizure patient of 30 years. there are 2 types. Grandmal and absent seizures. Grandmal seizures is where you lose contisousness, and convulse loosing all control of your body(shake uncontolably), you may lose contol of your bladder and bite down on your toungue. If this occurs near you, move all objects around the person to prevent injury, when they become moveable turn them on their side, this will help them breathe and if they throw up it will help you clear the airway.keep them on their side until they become coherent. ask them to stay seated until help arrives DO NOT put something in their mouth!
Absent seizures are when a person blanks out for a period of time. Some blink their eyes rapidly. I continue to do what I'm doing at the time. They can look like someone passing out, day dreaming. In this case they may take a while to recover or like me recover right away. You must turn in your drivers licsence, until your seizures are controlled by meds. for 6 months. Then you can aply to the DMV to get your licsence back. There are many types of tratments from meds. to surgery to a VNS (vascular nerve stimulator) My seizures can't be controled by meds. and they are general ( happen all over the brain) not focal (just in one part of your brain so I have a VNS. Hope this info helps
