That really just depends on one's own personal opinion. In my opinion, there is no best, but there could be many reasons why you would choose one as your bias.
There could be Onew, the beloved 4D leader who is really derpy and cute with a voice like honey and extreme care for his members. But he can be sexy when he wants to.
Or Jonghyun, the lead vocal who can hit all those high notes and is super sexy at times with his abs yet can be super cute because he is quite dumb in a cute way and just super adorable like the dinosaur he is.
Or Key, the sexy diva boy who is the master of girl group dances and is a triple-threat idol who can dance, sing, and rap and is flawlessly gorgeous in everything he does, yet also the mom to all the members for his soft heartwarmingly caring personality.
Or Minho, the flaming charismatic Minho, with the sexy deep voice and his froggy eyes that can rap, yet has a sweet singing voice as well. He's a super hot and sexy athlete who is really competitive, but also amazingly cute.
Or Taemin, the dance machine who can be prettier than most kpop girls at times, but has a great singing voice as well but is prone to being a flawless dancer with his sexy and fluid movements. Said to be a beast in bed because of the way he can move 'dose hips U_U
Each and every one of the members is very unique but all in all they are derpy idiots who can be super sexy or super cute and ALL of them have a bond that's as strong as blood with each other, and it may be difficult to choose a favorite but once you get hooked you can never escape the SHINee World ;D
