Long board wheels or any skateboard wheels are generally made of polyurethane, ore just urethane. Long board wheels are generally softer and larger than regular skateboard wheels. The softer the wheel, the smoother and quieter the ride is, but hard, smaller wheels are good for landing tricks, but go slower and bumpier. Since long boards are generally not used for flip tricks, they can focus on speed and ride quality.

The first skateboards were made out of wooden boxes or boards attached to skate wheels - the first skateboarders ripped the wheels out of roller skates and placed them on the bottom of the wooden boxes/boards to ride them.

usally it all depends, it depends on if you company is well known, say for example you sell like 200 boards out of the whole year and you sell thhem for 50 dollars each in shops or whatever usally with all of other stuff you sell like shirts wheels anything affiliated with the company makes.

Skateboards are made out of 7 sheets of wood, usually Canadian Rock maple. They are glued together with veneer. New designs have been putting carbon-fiber layers into their boards, specially designed layers with air pockets(Element Helium), and other parts to increase strength and decrease weight.

Usually they are made up of 7 very thin shaped pieces of wood called ply's. The pieces are layed ontop of each other forming a criss cross pattern with the directions of the grains of the woods and then glued together very tightly

A longboard, also known as a Malibu, is easier to stand up on, making it better for certain conditions and types of surfing, they are usually nine to ten feel long with one to three fins. I would suggest spitfire wheels for street skating but to be honest the brand doesnt matter as much as the hardness of the wheel. For street skating you would probably want a hardness of about 95a to 100a.

Protection for your head, knees, wrists and elbows is a first. Then consideration and safety for other people that you might bump/crash into.

If your a parent, don't make your kid wear that stuff, unless their gonna be doing stuff like vert skating (skating on ramps and stuff), if its just on the street, don't need it, makes them feel dumb and babyish! im 14!!

The key is in the pop, there needs to be more pop if it is moving from under your feet. I had the same problem for a couple of days and then realised that my tail was only just reaching the floor. The answer is just hit the tail down real hard!!

if ur looking to do do lots of fliptricks and street sessioning u definitley want a nice, light but sturdy deck like zero, darkstar,or speed demons (west 49's brand) decks that can do fliptricks too but ull need a little more kick are almost, enjoi, flip, girl and baker. these decks are also good for grinding and riding long distances cuz of how sturdy their build is and how layrerd tehy are. and finally, vert and park skating? PLAN B probs the best brand out there. sturdy, light, with a ton of pop and concaveness-ness(?)

It can last for a super long time, you just need to change the wheels every 6 months and dont go in any dirt or sand if you want it to last longer.

You can but I would not encourage it because it just builds up on the other and looks really sloppy the best thing to do is buy a new board but i cant even do that, I once cut it up with a razor and than peeled it off then put new tape on it you could try that

One can find a Razor bike from the local cycling shop, otherwise there are a range of online bike stores that can supply Razor bikes for purchase. This includes websites such as Razor's official website, and others such as Big W's site.

There is really nothing in the world that can simulate the joy and the sense of freedom and the gliding on the wave that you get in surfing. For me one of the closest things is carver skateboards the fort Knox model. I really do think im surfing. Another good one is the terrapin by original skateboards. These skateboards are about as close as it gets.

The skateboard was invented because people in California wanted something to do when the waves were flat. Skateboarding was invented by surfers they invented it because they wanted to find a way to surf on land. They took crates and boards or any thing they could and put roller blade wheels on them. Over time skateboarders started to make trucks and boards but they were not that good. Over time skateboarding just progressed and so did the equipment. If you have not seen Lords Of Dogtown i would recomend it. It does a good job of telling why they wanted to skateboard.
They invented the skateboard to use as transportation so they did not have to walk or ride a car. Skateboards were also used just to have fun.
