The speed of a longboard on flatland has more than just how fast you push in consideration. The quality of the wheels is important, as well as how maintained the bearings are, the road condition, and how much wind or force keeping you back there is. A smooth road with harder wheels is faster than a rocky road with hard wheels. Also, soft wheels are slower than hard wheels on most surfaces. Then you have to judge how hard you can push.

He likens the guy to Stevie Williams. Keep in mind that Stevie has been in the industry for a long time, and Duffel was only 16 years old at the time.

A teckdeck is a mini-skateboard aka fingerboards. It is really fun and theres allot of real tricks for them.You can purchase them in local stores or skate-shops e.g NatterJacks

I have used spraypaint and paint pens on my grip. There is no loss or peeling of the grip... It just paints like canvas, or concrete... or paper.

Start with your feet in the kickflip position and when you spin your kickflip follow through with your foot and then flick the board round in the direction of a shuv. To land this just jump as you would for a kickflip.

Urmm..skating shoes are the best for skateboarding no doubt..but..ive tried converse ...theyre not that bad....u wont get the same grip as u wud get from the skating shoes though

It is a type of Ripstik that costs more but has a feature that allows you to grind on rails and metalic objects with it. The only difference is that it has a metal tube on the connecting piece between the two parts of the Ripstik. For further information go to YouTube.com or go to the official Ripstik website. HOPE THIS HELPS =]this is suggested if you are to grind. but when i got mine they said that when going off a curb or a rough surface you will feel the shock more because there is no rubber to absorb it. its about 130$ Canadian and on sale right now in America for 100$ this is hard to larn at first but after a few hours i really got the hnag of it. its really frusttrating but fun once u learn. it takes a few mintes really to start moving but few hours to learn how to get higher speed and balance
