One time I was sleepwalking (not a common occurrence of me) and I picked up the cushion off my husband's favorite chair and placed it on the bathroom sink! I didn't remember a thing. I have no idea why I did such a thing. Some people have actually dreamed they have gotten up and gone to the bathroom, when, in fact, they wet the bed! A person that sleepwalks (or dreams) is not in full REM sleep (deep sleep where the eyes roll from side to side.) Some people are so bad regarding sleepwalking it's a good idea to seek professional help such as counseling to find out the cause.
