Smoothies is a general term. They are made with many different combinations of ingredients. Some can be very high calorie even when made with real fruit.

To know if you can loose weight by drinking smoothies, you have to know the calorie content of the smoothie you are consuming added to the total calorie count you've consumed that day and if the total is within the range of calorie consumption for weight loss in your case.

In other words, there is no way to know unless you do some homework. Get to know your smoothies!

what happens to the fruit when you make a fruit smoothie is that it make your smoothie a fruit smoothie, also it makes your smoothie kind of taste better.

like all the time and they tell us what foods we can cant eat but the foods we cant eat they eat they only do exercise to keep it off so why cant we eat junk food and do exercise to keep it off i say eat what you want but just do exercise to keep it off.

All fruit or vegetable smoothies can be kept in a refrigerator at around 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit for about two to three days without going bad. But if there are milk or eggs involved in it, it would be wise to keep it closer to 32 degrees and to be consumed within 24 hours.

There are many things you can put in a smoothie. The main things you can put in a smoothie are fruits juice and ice, other than that you can put anything you want that you think that will satisfy your sweet tooth! and you can also put ice cream on the top
