Miller lite is moving its #2 to Kurt's team mate Brad Keselowski. Pennzoil left RCR at the end of 2010 to join forces with Kurt and Penske Racing. Therefore Kurt had to take a number change. Everything changes fast. Can barely keep up with it.

Johnny Rutherford was the last driver to win a Cup Series race in his first start. On February 22, 1963, Rutherford won a Daytona 500 qualifying race, which at that time in the Nascar Grand National Series, was counted as a points-paying race.
Four drivers won in their first Cup Series start. Rutherford (1963), Marvin Burke (1951), Jack White (1949) and Jim Roper, who won the first ever Nascar race on June 19, 1949.

I believe Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson were better friends earlier in Jimmie's career. Jeff did encourage Jimmie to start driving full time in the Nascar Cup Series back in 2002 and is also a co-owner of the #48 car, along with Rick Hendrick. But as time passes and Jimmie keeps on winning more races and championships, you're starting to see Jeff's frustration mount more and more.
