I hate to tell you, but very little. You can purchase them from a dealer or on eBay for about $2 per cover or even less. They have almost no real gold, such a thin layer that it would take thousands of them to get a measurable amount.

Scott Number 1238 pictures a Mail Carrier painted by Norman Rockwell. This 5c stamp was issued in 1963. It has a minimal value used and can be purchased for 40 cents in mint condition.

It may have more value as a collectible, but you would have to consult a stamp catalog to fully identify it and get an estimated value. It depends on the condition. Typically this stamp is worth the minimum value, about 15 cents, to cover the cost of cataloging and storage. A dealer is not likely to give you any money for one, it isn't worth the hassle and he can't make any money on it.
