I don't know if E&A will happen because Angela the Witch predicted that he would love someone of noble birth but she couldn't see if the love was successful or not. According to Angela's reading Eragon will leave this land (Alagaesia) forever so i am guessing he goes to Alalea also.

No, Roran has not died in the first three books to date. There is still one book to be released, so we will have to wait and see.

The fourth and final book has yet to be released, but it has been revealed that it will conclude the cycle, and it will have a green dragon on the front, symbolizing the last egg that has yet to hatch.

There has not been any plans made to do so yet. The first Eragon movie did not go over to well with the majority of the die hard fans of the book series. It was made on a low budget and took a very different direction from the book. A good deal of fans have voiced that they would rather see Eragon remade then have a repeat incident with Eldest. We can only wait and see what happens for now.
