Well, first you have to of completed the wind temple and talked to the minish in lake hylia after you fly there with the wind ocarina. Then start helping the library until you have to get the second book. Now make sure you have some water in a bottle and pour it over the fire. Then change into a minish and go in the fireplace and go to the house. The Witch's Hut is located in the north part of the Minish Woods. To access this area you need to go to Lon Lon Ranch and help Talon find his key. Next, use the whirlwinds around the area to fly over some water in the east part of the ranch. From the other side, you can access the witch's hut.

To get the Cane of Pacci You must go to the dungeon to get the second element. Once you get up the mountain, there is a dungeon, with a boss. Once you get far enough along the dungeon, you find a chest with the Cane of Pacci in it, Which is required to defeat the boss. Hope this helps! ^_^

I really have no idea. I heard somewhere that there was a 'Mysterious Element' hidden under Link's bed, and you had to do a whole mini-dungeon to get it. Then you found the 'Black Sword', but it made the boss battle against Vaati to easy, so they just cut the entire thing. Apparently.

If you have already completed the Gorman sidequest and chosen a different sister to live in the house, you cannot get it. Just do the sidequest and choose Nayru to live in the house.

You need to beat the water temple. when you come out, you wil see a ghost. OOOOOOOOOoooOoOOO! find your way to the graveyard place and get to the shrine or whatever, and meet the ghost in the back room. he'll talk for a little while, and then give you the piece needed. Hope this helped!
