Who designed the furniture for the Titanic?
The Titanic was built by Harland and Wolff Shipyard in Belfast, Ireland for the Oceanic Steam Navigation Company, better known as the White Star Line.
Why don't they make another Titanic?
Because, in effect, it is pointless. Today's luxury cruise ships have everything the Titanic did and more, are much, much safer and better constructed, must meet higher standards, etc. There is no real reason to build a "second Titanic".
----
They did make a second Titanic and a third, the Olympic and the Britannic. These sister ships were nearly identical in every way to the Titanic.
The use of the name Titanic has probably not been reissued to another ship is probably to do with superstition or respect for the relatives of the largest loss of life on a passenger ship.

Did titanic lower it's speed when approaching the iceberg?
Titanic had less than forty seconds between the sighting and the collision with the iceberg. She could steer but not slow down. Even modern ships with diesels take minutes to reverse at the best of times. At a speed of between 19 and 25 knots (about 23 at the time of impact) it would have taken about a mile to 4 miles to slow the vessel. Even turning to port still would have, because of the initial forward momentum have caused the vessel to keep going forward. Unlike a road vehicle shipping takes a greater distance to turn or to stop
Is the titanic called the unsinkable titanic?
It was considered so. Because of the system of watertight compartments.
It was also thought to be "unsinkable" because it was such a big ship. It was the biggest ship ever (biggest and best) and noone things the biggest (and/or best) will ever fail (sink)
Today it is not know as the unsinkable Titanic and before it sank nobody said it was unsinkable. The closest anybody came to saying it was unsinkable was on a poster advertising the ship saying Titanic is as unsinkable as is reasonably possible.

How many boats came back to look for survivors on titanic?
Two of the sixteen lifeboats went back to find survivors. They found 9 people in the water but only 6 survived. The first boat, Lifeboat 4, pulled 5 people from the water but two died in the boat. The second boat, Lifeboat 14, found 4 survivors, but one died in the lifeboat.
When asked why they did not go back sooner to help people, Officer Harold Lowe, who headed Lifeboat 14, said "it would have been suicide to go back there until the people had thinned out." He was afraid that those drowning would have overturned or swamped the lifeboat.
Including passengers and crew, there were 2,208 people onboard. 1,503 people died, leaving 705 survivors. Only 962 lifeboat seats were required by law, though the Titanic's lifeboats could have held 1,178. There were 472 lifeboat seats that went unused.
First of all Brass doesn't corrode and it does not magnetize. Next the reason it is recorded on a brass plaque is to show record of where the ship was built and to provide a permanent hull # and year it was built or commissioned.

Were there enough lifeboats on the titanic for all passengers?
This is more of a random fact, but the reason why there weren't enough boats on the Titanic was because a few years before a boat had sunk and there were too many life boats, so the designers only outfitted life boats on the Titanic for decoration more than anything else, as they thought it would never sink.
The Titanic was designed to hold 32 lifeboats, it was eventually paired down to twenty.
Lifeboat number 6 was designed to hold 65 people.

Is everything in stories about the titanic true?
How many hours did the engines of the Titanic do?
The Titanic had two four-cylinder, triple-expansion, inverted reciprocating steam engines and one low pressure Parsons turbine. Steam came from 29 boilers which used 159 coal burning furnaces. They were big. I'm not sure of the weight of the engines.
Engine was 30 feet in height and weighed 1000 tons. The high-pressure cylinder was 54 inches in diameter and the Intermediate-Pressure cylinder was 84 inches in diameter and the low-pressure cylinder was 97 inches in diameter. The operating speed was 75rpm and stroke was 75 inches.
The specifications of the engine room was: the Reciprocating-engine room 69 feet;
the Turbine-engine room 57 feet; and the Electric-engine ROM 63 feet.
There were twenty-four double ended boilers and five single ended boilers which were housed in six boiler rooms. The double ended boilers were 20 feet long, had a diameter of 15 feet 9 inches and contained six coal burning furnaces. The single ended boilers were 11 feet 9 inches long with the same diameter and three furnaces. Smoke and waste gasses were expelled through three funnels. (I believe one of the funnels was a fake.)
