Why is it that some days you pee a lot and somedays you pee less?
you will pee a lot if you drink lot of water
The most common is E.coli but there are many other types that can cause bladder infections, such as Staphylococcus saphrophyticus, Klebsiella, Enterococci, Proteus mirabilis, and rarely ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis. See the Related link below.
They filter the blood (actually just the plasma, the watery part of blood).
All kinds of stuff are filtered out (glomerulus) and then all the good stuff is reabsorbed (proximal tubules) ... its a throw out the baby with the bathwater, but then catch the baby sort of trick.

What is the pee hole called on a woman?
A women's pee hole is called the urethra, it is located between the clitoris and vagina,
or you could say at bottom of clitoris.
From Wikipedia:Female urethraIn the human female, the urethra is about 1.5-2 inches (4-5 cm) long and exits the body between the clitoris and the vagina, extending from the internal to the external urethral orifice. It is placed behind the symphysis pubis, embedded in the anterior wall of the vagina, and its direction is obliquely downward and forward; it is slightly curved with the concavity directed forward. Its lining is composed of stratified squamous epithelium, which becomes transitional near the bladder. The urethra consists of three coats: muscular, erectile, and mucous, the muscular layer being a continuation of that of the bladder. Between the superior and inferior fascia of the urogenital diaphragm, the female urethra is surrounded by the Sphincter urethae (urethral sphincter). Somatic (conscious) innervation of the external urethral sphincter is supplied by the pudendal nerve. The uro-genital sinus may be divided into three component parts. The first of these is the cranial portion which is continuous with the allantois and forms the bladder proper. The pelvic part of the sinus forms the prostatic urethra and epithelium as well as the membranous urethra and bulbo urethral glands in the male and the membranous urethra and part of the vagina in females. The area above and on both sides of the female urethra is thought by some to be sexually sensitive and is sometimes referred to as the VAKI U-spot or urethral erogenous zone.

The same reason I like peeing my pants in public; it feels very daring to do and wet jeans feel good.
Region of male urethra that passes through urogenital diaphragm?
There is no defined region of urethra: it begins a at the bladder and ends at the head of the penis. The external urethra, the area that you can see, is called the meatus.
Why do I need to urinate but can't?
Only an examination by a physician or other advanced-training medical professional can give an answer to that. You should seek urgent medical attention if you are unable to urinate for longer than a few hours, especially since you feel the urge to urinate. There are too many potential causes of it to determine without evaluation what the reason you have that problem could be.
Some common reasons:
If you are an older male and it is a hesitation of the flow of urine but you are always soon able to urinate, be sure you are maintaining your fluid intake and call your doctor. It may be prostate enlargement obstructing the flow. This is most often benign hypertrophy. If you do not fully empty your bladder due to retention from obstruction, bladder infections can develop along with the original problem. Usually with BPH [benign prostatic hypertrophy (enlargement)], there is a combination of symptoms of inability to urinate, weak stream, hesitation of flow, dribbling, and frequency of urination in small amounts.
In both sexes, most often if you feel the urge to urinate it means your bladder is full and you are keeping your fluid intake proper. Then the reason you can't urinate would likely not be as simple as you aren't taking in enough fluids to replace lost fluids. Proper fluid intake is very important for healthy urinary system function.
Bladder infections can make men and women feel the urge even though their bladders are not full. Those need urgent medical treatment, usually with antibiotics.
Another cause of obstruction in men is prostate cancer, and in both sexes, there can be tumors of the bladder or urethra obstructing flow, these may either be benign or malignant.
Blockage from a partially passed kidney stone can also obstruct voiding of urine. No matter the cause, it is not a symptom to ignore. You can not let that go on, and you need to seek medical evaluation and treatment.
The problem in a woman or girl is most often a bladder infection which can cause the swelling of tissue and the signal to urinate may be being generated by irritation from the infection or tissue edema rather than from a full bladder. This is usually accompanied with a severe burning sensation with urine flow and frequency of urination, often in small amounts. Drinking more fluids and some cranberry juice can help that, but you would still need to get an examination as soon as possible. Men can also experience these symptoms from a bladder infection.
The list is long with many other potential causes. Bottom line: get a medical exam and treatment asap.

Could a prolapsed bladder cause lower back pain?
I have had bladder infections and my lower back isn't the area of pain that I had. Mine was lower stomach and I had the urge to urinate all the time.
Answer If your lower back hurts, it probably means your bladder infection has made it's way up into your kidneys which can happen if they are not treated in a timely manner. You need to go to the doctor immediately.
Is it rude to pee on the floor?
It's disgusting. I'm a guy and my roommate, who is also a guy, does it, and I don't understand why he can't just close the door.
Here's a good rule of thumb: if you have to ask if something is rude, then it probably is.
The cephalosporins are a class of β-lactam antibiotics originally derived from the fungus Acremonium, which was previously known as "Cephalosporium". Together with cephamycins, they constitute a subgroup of β-lactam antibiotics called cephems.
In any living mammalian body there are mechanisms in place that regulate the blood volume.
When a mammal drinks the water enters the blood and has the effect of increasing the volume of blood in the body.
The body detects the increase in blood volume/pressure and releases hormones which switch on the kidneys.
The kidneys begin to remove water (along with dissolved metabolic waste which is also in the blood) until the blood volume returns to normal.
Thus the volume of urine produced is in proportion with the volume of fluid consumed (allowing for loss as a result of sweat and respiration).
There are cases where this mechanism fails. One of these is if a person in immersed in water for a time. A vertical swimmer experiences a higher pressure in the lower limbs than in the upper body causing blood that naturally pools in the legs to be forced into the upper body. When this happens the body mechanisms see this as an increasing blood volume and the kidneys are turned on (which is why you want to pee when you swim).
If a person who has been in water for some time (peeing) is then suddenly pulled out of the water in a vertical position. The blood re-pools in the legs and is therefore extracted form the upper body causing a sudden drop in blood pressure (clinical shock). which can prove fatal.
Thus the amount you drink largely determines the amount of urine produced.
A urologist is a doctor who is knowledgeable about the male reproductive system. They also deal with any urinary issues for both sexes.
What is wrong if you still feel like you need to urinate?
That sounds like a kidney infection or injury to the kidney. In either case, you need to see a doctor right away. It is probably a urinary tract infection, which you will need an antibiotic for.
yeah you prbably do need to go see a doc immideatly but i dont know anything about the kidney
This could be one of a couple of things. It sounds like it is either a urinary tract infection or a kidney infection. If you are having back or side pain along with the frequent urination and blood, then it is most likely a kidney infection. The pain will usually be on one side of the back or the other (the side in which the kidney is infected). Some signs its a urinary tract infection is pain while you are urinating. It's usually described as a burning sensation. It also may be difficult for you to urinate because the sphincters in the bladder will contract, causing pain as well. If you are female, you could also be having other problems related to your reproductive tract. The best way to find out what is going on is to go to your doctor so they can do a thorough assessment to see what is happening. Hope this helps!!
dude take uva ursi (because it sounds like you probably have a urinary tract infection, even if you don't this should get rid of those symptoms) it's a natural product and it makes everything go away relatively quickly. probably within the week. trust me it's great, and it's about 10 dollars or less. antibiotics and a doctor's appointment will cost you much more money with more probable side effects.
I tried uva ursi and it had a really bad negative impact on my health - i had a UTI, urinary tract infection, and it sounds like you have something similar. after taking that stuff it escalated into a kidney infection, please go to your doctor, i nearly had kidney failure x
I experienced this years ago. It took the doctors a while to figure it out, but it turned out that I had kidney stones. The feeling of having to pee all the time was small "gravel" coming off the larger stone and passing into the bladder. It didn't hurt at first but it actually became VERY painful! Blood in your urine isn't good no matter what is causing it! GO to the DOCTOR NOW! They found mine using dye and abdominal X-rays.
