Please don't assume that because a bill is old it has to be a silver certificate. As your bill states in the banner across the top, it's a Federal Reserve Note.

As of 03/2015 your bill has a retail value of $45 to $75 in average condition, and over $275 if uncirculated.

Despite its 1934 date these bills were printed during WWII for use in Hawaii. The special brown ink and HAWAII overprint allowed the bills to be declared worthless if the islands had been invaded by Japan.

The US never printed a million-dollar note.

There are novelty items that look like $1,000,000 bills but they're intended as jokes.

Please don't assume that every old bill must be a silver certificate. The bill's red ink as well as the banner across the top of its front side indicate that it's a United States Note rather than a silver certificate. (In fact, the last $2 SC's were issued in 1899.)

Signature combinations change whenever a new Treasurer or Secretary of the Treasury is appointed. Prior to 1974, the same series date was kept in either case unless there was also a significant design change, but a small letter was added to the date.

Please post a new, separate question with more information describing the misprint. Paper currency is subject to several kinds of errors and each has a different value.

If it's a collectible note you can sell it to a dealer or on eBay. You'll get less from a currency dealer but it would be less hassle unless you already have an eBay store.

However, most FRN's issued over the last 40-50 years or so are either worth face value only, or just a small amount extra. You'd need to look up the bill's value before deciding whether it would make sense to sell it.

A bank is able to redeem a damaged bill if at least 2/3 of the bill is intact, and if at least one of the 2 serial numbers is completely visible.

The US didn't print any bills dated 1932 due to the Great Depression.

Please post more information to help ID your bill. Specifically, what is its date? If it has a Treasury seal, what color is the seal's ink? If it's not a Federal bill, what bank issued it?

Also make sure that the bill actually IS a $100.00 silver certificate. The last of these were printed in the 1891 series. Later bills may be Federal Reserve Notes, US Notes, Gold Certificates, and so on but not silver certificates.

Without seeing your bill it's difficult to determine a value. HAWAII-overprint bills were used in that territory during WWII so they could be declared worthless if captured by the Japanese. Thus it's very possible you have what's called a "short snorter", a bill that was signed by a group of people (usually military) travelling together and saved as a memento.

Depending on the bill's condition and who signed it, a short snorter can be valuable by itself as a collectible, or as a keepsake for the signers' descendants. The best thing to do would be to have it inspected by a currency dealer and/or autograph dealer.

There were at least two major types of money in use in the colonies before the US became independent and eventually established the dollar as its currency.

Many places obviously used British pounds and shillings, but Spanish "reales" ("royals") also circulated widely. In fact, the US silver dollar's size and value were chosen to closely match the Spanish reale.

The Fort Worth facility opened in 1991 and its first run of $2 bills was in 1995, so the bills are too new to be worth much of a premium. Retail values as of 04/2012 run to all of $2.50 or $3.00; a dealer will likely pay face value to a dime extra.

The US never authorized or printed a bill of that denomination. Because there was never a real thing, such bills aren't considered counterfeits, but only novelties. It's not real money.
