What is the largest dollar bill you can get in the us?
Since 1969 $100 has been the highest denomination bill available in the US.
Up to 1945 the United States printed large denominations as a primary means for government agencies to exchange funds, long before the days of electronic transfers. The largest denomination that was printed in green and black was the $10,000 bill (Salmon Chase is featured). It was technically possible for a private citizen to obtain one, but that amount of money was well in excess of a year's wages for most people. Currently there are only 336 known bills remaining, and if you come across one, hold onto it, because collectors will pay a lot more than its face value!
There were also some very special $100,000 gold certificates printed in 1934 and 1935. These bills had a picture of Woodrow Wilson and used orange ink. They were not available to the general public. Only a handful remain today. One is in the Smithsonian.

What does pcgs 63 pl vam 5 mean on a Morgan silver dollar?
Well, I believe what they mean is that it is the 5th VAM designation of your coin's year (VAM designations are die varieties found in Morgan Dollars, some are worth a lot more than others) and the 63 I believe would refer to the coin's grade as Mint-state 63 (coins are graded on a scale from 1 being barely recognizable to 70 being absolute perfection) and PGS is the grading company that graded the coin.

What is the value of a US 100 dollar bill with a red seal?
Red-seal $100 notes were issued at various times from 1862 to 1966, so your question needs more detail to give a definite answer. You'll need to know the bill's date, how worn it is, and whether there is a small letter to the right of (or below) the date. Once you have that information you can either post a new question or check a site such as the one linked below to get an idea of its retail value.
You don't need to copy out the serial number because it doesn't help to identify a bill.
To explain the red ink, up till the mid-1960s the US issued an alternate form of currency called United States Notes. The smallest denomination was $2 and the largest was $100. They were identifiable by having those words across the top of the bill and red serial numbers and seals. US Notes were discontinued as a cost-saving measure because they were no different in purpose and function from green-seal Federal Reserve Notes.
They're as real as Santa Claus bills, Easter Bunny bills, ... i.e. the bill they were made from is real, but the Elvis picture isn't. The only official US product that has ever been printed with a picture of Elvis was a commemorative stamp.
They're novelty items made by taking an ordinary $1 bill and pasting a picture of Elvis (or anyone else) over George Washington's image. If you peel off the Elvis picture you can spend it (as 1 dollar, of course).
How do you know if a US 2 dollar bill is circulated or not?
If it has any signs of use then it is circulated. An uncirculated bill is so crisp and new that it doesn't seem real. Usually you can get them at the bank or buy them directly from the mint.
What is a 500.00 dollar bill that torn worth?
It depends on how much is torn and if you have both sides. As long as you have at least 2/3 of the bill including at least one serial number it still retains its full value and can be exchanged at your bank for a new bill. So basically whatever bill you have in this case on the $500 if you have part of the bill that makes it to at least President McKinley's nose from either side then it will still be worth $500. Small tears where the bill isn't fully severed still retains its value as well.
What is the highest denomination silver certificate?
The highest denomination silver certificate was $1,000. These were issued in the series dates of 1878, 1880, and 1891. All are considered to be extremely rare and are worth tens of thousands of dollars today.
At that time the price of silver was controlled at around $1.29/oz so each bill would have been redeemable for about 775 troy ounces of metal!
High-denomination silver certificates were discontinued in the late 19th century. In the 20th century the most common denominations were $1 and $5, although some $10 SC's were printed as well.
Printing of silver certificates and their redemption for silver metal ended in the 1960s when the price of silver was deregulated.

Will a 1990 hundred dollar bill ever be worth anything?
If it is circulated, it might bring a premium in 10 or 15 years. If uncirculated it most likely will be worth some more. The problem you have to ask yourself is whether it is worth it to keep hold of a $100 bill that may not keep up with inflation (as in, it is worth less in 2020 than it was worth in 2011) or whether it would be better to spend or invest it in something with more of a chance to grow such as stocks, bonds, precious metals or other investments.

The highest-denomination bill ever printed for general use was worth $10,000. There are no genuine "million dollar" or "billion dollar" bills.

Will 2 dollar bills be worth anything in the future?
Most likely not. The thing about $2 bills is that everyone hoards them, just about everyone who has received a $2 bill has saved it. They are not rare bills, if you ask your local bank for some they can order some directly from the Federal Reserve in almost any quantity you want. Unless the bill is in uncirculated condition, it will never be worth more than $2 in the semi-distant future (50-75 years) and chances are, a $2 bill will never exceed its value relative to inflation no matter how much time passes. So really, unless you have an uncirculated bill, just spend it, it isn't going to be worth any more than face value. The only type of money that really increases in value with time are coins struck from precious metals (silver/gold/platinum/etc) or things with incredibly limited amounts or errors. The $2 bill is neither produced in a small enough quantity for it to be considered to be rare, nor is it made out of any material that is likely to increase in value in the future, nor does it have much collector demand.
When was the last design change for the US 20 dollar bill?
