What states are named on the US 5 dollar bill?
Arkansas, Michigan, Florida, Texas, Iowa, Wisconsin, California, Minnesota, Oregon, Kansas, West Virginia, Nevada, Nebraska, Colorado, North Dakota, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, and New York.
In addition, the engravings show the abbreviated names Hampshire = New Hampshire and Carolina = South Carolina.
The top of the actual Lincoln Memorial has the names of the 48 states in existence at the time it was constructed. They run all the way around the building. The image on the $5 bill of course only shows the names visible from the front of the monument.
If you think about it for a second or two, the only way the bill could show both sides would be if it had a moving picture like the ones in a Harry Potter movie! What is the value of a 1941 US 1 Dollar bill?

What is the value of a 1776 US 2 Dollar bill?
I assume you're looking at the back of the bill where there's a picture of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Please turn the bill over and look at the printing date on the front of the bill rather than the date of the picture on the back. You'll find that your bill is at least 2 centuries newer.
The back has an interpretation of Trumbull's famous painting of the signing which of course was in 1776, so the date is simply part of the caption.
If it's circulated, it's worth face value only. $2 bills are still being made so feel free to spend it.
Uncirculated, it would retail for about $3. A dealer would pay less.
What is the value of a US 5 dollar silver certificate?
The US issued $5 silver certificates from 1886 to 1953 so more information is needed. Please post a new question with the bill's date and what letter if any is next to the date. Be sure that the bill has the words Silver Certificate across the top - $5 bills have been issued in many forms, including United States Notes and Federal Reserve Notes.
It's normally not necessary to provide a bill's serial number, though. Serial numbers are counters and a security feature but rarely affect a bill's value.
Note that the motto In God We Trust wasn't added to $5 bills until 1963, after silver certificates were discontinued, so no silver certificate would carry it.
Assuming you have a 1934 or 1953, it's worth about $8 in circulated condition. A nice crisp uncirculated one is worth about $15
If you have a bill with any other date, please post a new question with that date and whether there's a small letter next to the date.

What is the value of a bar dollar?
You could be referring to a variety of the 1890 CC Morgan dollar which has a "bar" connecting the wreath to the eagle's tail feathers. This was caused by a damaged die.
Another possibility is that you're thinking of BARR dollars, which are $1 bills dated 1963B and signed by Treasury Secretary Joseph Barr. Barr only served for one month so many people erroneously think that very few bills were printed and any you find are valuable. However, so-called "Barr notes" were actually printed for nearly a year and they're quite common - in fact, nearly a half-billion were put into circulation.
Please determine which item you're interested in and post a new, separate question.

This is a novelty item produced by a private company that added gold leaf to a normal $2 bill and then sold it at a significant markup as a so-called "collectible". Unfortunately there's very little demand for these items on the secondary market so you'd be very unlikely to get back even a reasonable fraction of the original selling price, sorry to say.

FAQ-Serial Numbers
A bill's serial number is a counter and a security feature. In most cases it doesn't affect a bill's value or help to identify it. Some collectors specialize in bills with low serial numbers (e.g. 00000005) or unusual patterns (12344321) so these can bring above-average prices.
DISCLAIMER: The values quoted are market averages as of the date shown, but may be different for an individual bill due to variations in quality and other factors. Also the wholesale (buying) price of a bill will be less than the selling (retail) price. A reputable currency dealer will be able to give a more accurate valuation based on an in-person inspection.
What bills did the us print in the 1930s?

However it's difficult to determine when a specific bill was printed because US paper money shows "series" dates rather than actual printing dates. For example $2 bills carried a 1928 series date all the way up to the early 1950s.
(*) $100,000 bills were printed only for use between government departments. None were ever intended for or placed into circulation.
