there are patches of dirt you'll see in certain areas and you wave your cursor over the patches of dirt and a shovel will appear. click on the patch of dirt and you will dig. When you dig it will tell you if you are cold, warm, or hot to the item you are looking for. you can also find bonus items if you dig certain hidden areas.

Next time please be more specific but if Webkinz freezes simply hold down Ctrl Alt and Delete and a box should appear which will let you exit out of the computer if your account gets frozen it is most likely because either your computer or Webkinz is updating or fixing Webkinz
