How many werewolves are usually in a werewolf pack?
*ahem*
Dude - we don't live in packs...
We roam on our own - if your in a pack, wheres the freedom?
It's also very unlikely that you'll run into other werewolves that would actually even want to be in a pack. I mean..sometimes we find out mates...but that's not exactly the same thing...kinda..Anyways, most of the things people say about werewolves on the internet ARENT true!
1. If you want to become a werewolf...IT JUST HAPPENS - You can't decide if you want to or don't want to..yea some people are born with the bloodlines of a werewolf, but you can't get bitten...that i know off...sometimes its sub-conscious and just happens.
2. Forget this bull-s*it about the full moon and silver bullet crap! If THAT were true we would pretty much all be dead right about now..
3. We physically turn into a wolf..Sometimes you get to choose the wolf colors and eyes you would like, but if you don't think fast enough...it gets chosen for you.
4. There are no such things as actual werewolfs anyways! WE ARE CALLED SHAPE-SHIFTERS! The wolf form is just a beloved and bloodlined form. Really if we probably tried, we could mutate our bloodlines and shape-shift into any other normal animal.
If you don't get answers from someone who actually is what you are talking about....don't believe them...If any1 has any questions because you were probably told wrong...email me at shadowrunwolf@gmail.com....
BTW - This is what i look like...kinda...its not a pic. of me of course and plus i have blue eyes....not yellow...but my fur is white.
its true that most werewolves don't live in packs but some do and also there are werewolf pack webs sites like http://monoceruspack.webs.com/ that's one or http:// razgriz.webs.com
Well, that's like asking if cats and dogs hate each other. Some dogs can't stand werewolves, others fear them and others don't care. You have to remember that Dogs are descendants of wolves and werewolves has the scent of both wolf and human. Wolves were taken or they followed man and were tamed. Giving up their freedom to get free food and to help man. The human scent may confuse some dogs, the wolf scent may anger others, while other dogs don't mind the scent, were raised around them or the scent of human is a protective scent so they could care less about the wolf scent. It all depends on the dog.
Now if the dog is a half wolf they won't like them because the human scent was hard drived in there genes to be feared and a strange wolf scent is to be eliminate (if not mating season (this also varies on what generation this half wolf is)), so mixing them together will make the half dog half wolf hate them. Wolves stay as far away from werewolves as they possibly can because of the above and also because the mixture of the two scents are confusing.

Most stories depict the transformation into a werewolf as a painful process due to bones and muscles shifting and growing. This is typically portrayed as a traumatic experience for the individual undergoing the change.

Why do werewolves come out during a full moon?
In folklore, werewolves are said to transform under a full moon because of the moon's association with mysticism and magic. This belief likely originated from the idea that the full moon's bright light triggers a shift in human behavior or appearance. Additionally, the full moon's brightness and visibility may have contributed to the perception of increased supernatural activity.

What does the werewolves look like in new moon?
During a new moon (when there is no moon in the sky) a werewolf is in his inactive phase and just looks like the human host. If you're talking about the Twilight series new moon they are just larger versions of wolves and I'm talking big! Like almost horse size big as the author describes them. Their hair color differs from wolf to wolf and the pack leader is the biggest among them.

What is the difference between lycans and werewolves?
Apparently Lycan inherit their condition, being in a line of descent from King Lycon unless there bitten from another Lycan which soon after they will inherit it. They seen to lack the rage of the typical werewolf and can change on demand. With the werewolf they still have part of a human body and not as strong and have to change on a full moon. While Lycan's are stronger and fast with no apart human body look.
Lycans are born into being a werewolf, only they are not proper werewolves if you like the originals, as lycans can choose when they change, werewolves on the other hand are born human, but then turned into a werewolf by another werewolf, and they change when the moon is full or whenever the change occurs, depending on which stories you want to believe are true.
Are werewolves live like loners or do they prefer a pack?
I have encountered both modes. Certainly the rogue state of the werewolf would favor a solitary life but communal living would provide some means of control.
Instances of communal werewolves have been mentioned in or hinted at:
* The howling series * 'Werewolves of London' and 'The Angel of Pain' by Brian Stablesford * 'Wolf' starring Jack Nickleson and Michelle Phieffer. (one of the most accurate depictions I've ever come across)
* Underworld
We do both and yes I'm a lycan. We prefer to be called lycans not werewolves.
Is there real proof on werewolves?
Nobody really knows for sure. There is no proof to real werewolves but there might be. Don't get your hopes up because who knows if there really are werewolves.
NO! werewwolfs don't love blood they love flesh but more thefear they drink from their prey... unless they are nice werewolfs then they eat normal food and rare meat when they are in human form and animals when they are in wolf form.

Werewolves under go sexual reproduction just as humans or wolves typically would. Also, werewolves can be created from a human being bitten by a werewolf or from a human having sex with a werewolf. A human will only become a werewolf during sex if the werewolf wills the human to change.
How do people get to the moon?
'People' don't generally make it to the moon. Those lucky few that have managed by strapping themselves into an over-sized firework (a space rocket) and hoping that their boffins calculated the trajectory correctly.
NASA's Apollo missions are credited with having, several times, borne humans to the moon between 1969 and 1972. Apollo 11 was the first to actually set a man down upon its surface, with five subsequent missions repeating the achievement. All-in-all, twelve men have walked upon the lunar surface - the only known humans to have stepped upon the surface of a celestial body other than Earth.

What is the difference between a wolfman and a werewolf?
From a cinematic/storytelling point-of-view, the term 'werewolf' is generally used when the creature itself is a quadruped, resembling a wolf more than a human. 'Wolfman' tends to be used when the creature is bipedal and still roughly-humanoid, usually (much like the Hulk) with it's modesty still miraculously covered by what's left of its shirt and trousers. All-in-all, they're intended to be same thing, it just depends on the author/director's particular vision; I'm not aware of any continuity where both versions co-exist.
