I don't know where you get your information on how unattractive Black women are, but in Canada there are some beautiful Black women and I visited different areas of the States and have seen some very attractive Black women. Not all Caucasian or Black women are blessed with #10 looks. Just like any woman, no matter what race, if you don't keep yourself up then you aren't going to look your best. It's also what is inside of a person that can make them appear even more attractive.
