As of today (10/7/08) ... you don't. After researching the contents on Disc 2 and Disc 3, they are both the same. Simply put, two Disc 2's were shipped although Disc 3's label is clearly correct. So far, some customers have returned their defective product only to have the same issue. Hopefully we'll hear something from Microsoft at the official Zoo Tyccon website on how they plan to fix the problem. Good news is it's not just you! ;)

1. Once your zoo develops, you will automatically be given a message saying you have unlocked more animals and objects.

2. Click on the research tab, and you can unlock more things for your animals and your zoo. You can unlock: more shelters, animal houses (attractions), endangered animals, staff training, animal care, etc.

3. Purchase expansion packs for Zoo Tycoon and you will unlock different kinds of animals, like marine animals (ex. dolphins) and extinct animals (ex. dinosaurs).

The following are cheats to unlock more items. If you know some, please submit.

1. Rename an exhibit "Xanadu" (Xanadu means "magic"). Do it to an already placed exhibit. Many peoples' games have crashed from doing it to a new exhibit. Once you rename the exhibit, you will be able to adopt a unicorn.

But If you don't want to take 1 hour to do it you can just buy or download some zoo tycoon downloads. Also if you want a black lion its the same idea. There are two main ways: one with the moveobjects_on cheat and one with the less commonly known boolprop constrainfloorelevation false cheat.

In the first method, you first raise the terrain around a flat area. Then, put a pond in the flat area. Then, press Ctrl+Shift+C and type "moveobjects_on". Then, put a column in the pond and decorate it. The second method is somewhat more complex, but creates a better waterfall. First, make the pond that you want to be where the waterfall "flows" into. Second, dig a "stream" (a line of water that doesn't have to look like a stream as long as it's at least 3 squares wide and 8-9 squares long). Then, press Ctrl+Shift+C and type "boolprop constrainfloorelevation false". Lift up the stream bed so that it looks like a waterfall going down into the pool. The cheat allows the water to move up when you raise the terrain. When you're done, press Ctrl+Shift+C and type "boolprop constrainfloorelevation true".

To download animals from zoo tycoon 2 unleashed, you have to register. When you hit the download file button, click on save. then save it right where it puts it, and then you open the folder after its saved, click extract all files, and then hit next, then hit browse. go to my computer, then local disk: c, then program files, then Microsoft games, then zoo tycoon 2, hit okay/save, hit next, uncheck the little box, and hit finish. then you restart the game.

Yes, the three main reasons why i think it is so much better than the first one is that when u landscape not everything goes down when you only want one thing to go down. Then, another reason is that you food the animals instead of having the zoo keepers do it cause when they do it all of my animals are always starving.And, you can go into human mode which allows you to walk around and swim and go imto the exhibits.

yes it does you get sea lion pacific wailrus and some more i cant remember now but it do have land animals

The first two are extremely easy. Just do whatever they ask (clean up, expand space) and it is done. The last one is harder. It takes a lot of time. You must expand space and improve conditions. You must earn money to supply guests with restrooms, food, etc. while also making more enclosures to earn stars. Here's a tip: USE HILLS AS FENCES. Use them in the areas guests don't view through. It saves lots of money. Also, go sparingly with resources such as trees and toys.
