Sasuke isn't hated by anyone. Not even his brother. Some say Itachi killed the Uchiha clan and Sasuke's family because they were making an evil plan. On one of the episodes Sasuke and Itachi finally meet and battle each other. However Itachi dies but doesnt even try to kill Sasuke because he really loves his brother. Sasuke teams up with Naruto though in one of the movies.

Well yes he does see Naruto and Sakura for another time but he didnt went back to konoha he just saw them. It was the first episode of naruto shippuuden i think and it was called Homecoming, Sai was the first one to see sasuke because he disturbed him from sleep and eventually he did something to the place(wasnt mentioned) and naruto,sakura rushed there, There they found sasuke while yamato fights with kabuto but then again sasuke escaped with kabuto and orochimaru. -Shiro-chan10
