Kodak M883 camera captures video in choice of 2 formats, quick time and MPEG. Windows Media Player will not play quicktime, which is a format developed for mac computers (though you can get players for windows). So your camera is probably set to record quick time movies. Try switching to MPEG format and it should then work in windows media player.
You can only upload camcorder video to Windows Movie Maker. The photos on your camera can be imported to your computer using Windows Photo Gallery. Once they have been imported to your computer, then you can import them into the program.
i have windows vista i cannot download from digital camera to PC
https://focuscamera.com/product.asp?id=964737661 You need windows 2000 or better to run this camera. Try this site. Its there, just almost to the bottom.
Well if you intend to download pictures from the camera, all you will need to do is plug the camera into your windows 7 computer and (possibly) turn on your camera. then windows 7 will bring up a small menu that will ask what you wish to do. simply click import pictures and windows 7 will do the rest (the pictures will be in a folder dated by the day you imported the pictures)
i have no idea please tell me how
You may need a certain program.
Yes you can, generally, depending on the number of photos and the size of the card. You might even be able to get the camera to read them and display them on its screen as well, depending on the camera, the format of the files, and any folders on the memory card. If the camera is TWAIN-based, you might not be able to do this, but if it is FAT-based, you can. If your camera or its memory card show up in Windows as a drive letter, then you can copy into it from Windows just like it is another hard drive. Just go to My Computer (or just Computer in Windows 7 and maybe Vista) and see if a drive letter shows up for your camera or its memory card (if you have a card reader).
No reason why not - most peripherals will work with Windows 7. Provided your computer recognises the device, you shouldn't have any problems. You might need an installation disc for the camera in case Windows 7 needs is though.
Depends from what device. A typical digital camera will plug into the computer via a usb cable. If your computer is running windows xp, a new drive will appear into My Computer, and you can then browse your computers and copy/paste them into other locations. Depends from what device.
