Short Answer, You can manually paste the same ad into different cities. This requires multiple ad postings.

But... Then you start running into the error that duplicate ads will not be accepted.

Now you have to type unique text into each ad or use an image for the ad.

Then you have the problem of Craigslist users flagging your ad. If enough users flag you, your ads will not show up for the public even though you see the ad while you are logged into the account. This is called ghosting and it will affect every ad you post from your craigslist account.

If you create enough ghosted ads then your IP address will be banned. When this happens even if you create another craigslist account you are unable to post your ad.
