Well, when you consider answering these questions, think about the workplace; do you find it hard, or easy, what you are good at, working together with others, etc. They want to know about you, and how you can work in the company or workplace, and bring benefits to it. But do make sure that you look good, so pick your BEST strengths you have as a quality of a human being, and pick some things for weaknesses in which you can easily improve on, or may sound hardly bad.
