George Eastman (1854-1932) invented a practical roll form of photographic film in 1884 , and founded the Eastman Kodak company. He popularized photography with early hand-held box cameras. His company would create a transparent motion picture film suitable for projection (most roll films were paper backed at that time) in 1889. He also introduced the motion picture standard still in use today... 35mm film with 4 perforations on each side and a 1.33 aspect ratio image area, introduced in 1892.

I'm not 100% familiar with Vista, but have you tried the camera wizard? Does Vista recognize your camera when it is attached? If so then all you need to do is open the folder that holds your photos and drag them where you wish to store themI usually plug in the camera, go to my computer and the camera has it's own symbol. It would download into My Photos. If you want you can download, for free, Picasa photo. I love it. It will save and date all your photos. You can email from there, etc.
No, developing a disposable camera after the expiration date may result in poor image quality or no images at all. It is recommended to use the camera before the expiration date for best results.
It was made in 1653
To let the camera mark the time and date on pictures, one needs to set up the camera so that it places a time stamp on the image. This can be done by looking though a camera's settings.
