Formspring does not support setting a moving or animated background on user profiles. The platform provides a simple and clean interface for users to ask and answer questions. Not really. The planets - even the slow moving ones further out, are constantly moving around the sun and are therefore always moving against the background stars, which are fixed.
we can say an object is moving if it changes it constant environmnent or background
because it's that far away that you can't see it moving. but it actually is moving. plus if you had a kind of background in sight of the plane you could realise it is moving.
You can determine the direction in which a comet is moving by observing its motion against the background stars over a period of time. If the comet appears to be moving eastward against the stars, it is moving in a westerly direction in relation to the Earth. If it appears to be moving westward, it is moving in an easterly direction from Earth's perspective.
