No. i am still in school, and i can't tell you how many students use their cellular phones during class, get caught, get the cellphone taken up, and go to alternative. If they'd stop using their cellular phones during class, i believe that they'd be smarter. I believe that because they're on the phone, their not paying attenion to the teacher, or professor, thus making the teacher/professor waste his/her breath, and the students wouldn't learn anything at all, maybe about cellphone radiation, due to that fact.
