Some cellphone companys restrict the use of 900 numbers on there line while other companys have no rules or regulations reguarding the use of a 900 number on there phone like for isntance net 10 lets you dial 900 numbers ( thats the cheap pay as you go phone you can get at the dollarst ore) while other companys like sprint bans the use of dialing 900 on there phones.

Walamets famouse cellphone deal allowes the calling of 900 numbers BUT Verizon doesnt.
