Yes, providing you have a method for doing so and a a `portable' receiver of some type. Dish and DirecTV are both able to receive signals with the use of an auto-tracking dish system that you can mount on a camper or mobile home, for instance. There's also car antennas available for use on over the air broadcasts as well. The big question is if there's a low voltage TV receiver available for use today that capable of receiving digital broadcasts. Then again, I suppose a TV converter box could be modified to work if needed. It all depends on what you want to do and how hard you're willing to search the internet for what you need.
