An example would be 500 wide, 400 tall. 22:23 is taller than it is wide, just like your cell phone screen, which is what this type of picture is meant for. An example of 22:23 is 176 wide and 184 tall, which is exactly the size of the other wallpaper pictures preprogrammed into you cell phone.
