But there are a few places, like walmart for instance, that do provide universal cards that work with any prepayed mobile provider out there like alltel, at&t, virginmobile, verizon, tmobile, tracfone, etc. These universal cards MIGHT also be at radioshack considering radioshacks have a pretty wide variety of cell phone and pre payed phone cards and what not.
