Yes, but currently you still need to put in a US zip code to sign up. Being from Canada, I usually type in five random numbers as my zip code (usually 90210), and it works fine. Mint has no problem reading my RBC bank accounts, and according to a PR rep for the company, support for almost all major Canadian banks is active. Some of their banking advice is only pertinent to US residents, but the bulk of the site's functionality is working without a hitch.
