The iPhone does not come with a pre-loaded app for adding calls to an unwanted call list. However, there are many free and paid apps in the App Store one can download that are effective in helping you screen unwanted calls.

Go to Settings-->Applications--> Call--> All Calls--> Auto Reject. There you can find the list of numbers in your reject list now you can modify the list.

You don't have a reject list featured in an iphone .. However you can buy an application related to it & bingo your problem's solved :)
