On a landline phone, numbers are typically arranged on a keypad in a grid format, with the digits 1 through 9 arranged in three rows, and 0 at the bottom. Each number, except for 1 and 0, is associated with a set of letters: for example, 2 corresponds to A, B, and C; 3 to D, E, and F; and so on, up to 9, which corresponds to W, X, Y, and Z. This layout allows users to dial phone numbers while also enabling them to spell out words or names associated with a phone number.

A land line is a house phone, that must be attached to a phone line or a device connected to a phone line. A cellular phone is a mobile phone that allows you to move freely anywhere.
There are many places where one can purchase vanity phone numbers. One just needs to call up one's cell phone or land line phone provider in order to request a phone number.
no i don't think so
if the caller id has more than ten numbers
i personally think the best opion for you is to get a prepaid phone from telkom. each member of the household can use the phone each with their own pin numbers.
You can get such a service from the phone company. A DSL line does not have to have a land-line phone connected to it. You can also get cable service and get a cable modem.
Probably referring to a fixed-line (or land line) as opposed to a mobile (cell) phone.
There's not one on most land line phones.
