You don't have to pay anything for changing the plan... you go to broadband office and give a written application saying that you want to switch to higher plan.. that's all.
But I suggest you should go for Home Plan 900 Plus* its little slower but doesn't make any difference. The main thing is the upload/download is unlimited.
I paid for Rs. 900 for 1 year at a time so its costing me 750 per month.. which is not bad.. better than 500 Plan.
get 8Mbps plan dude....
No free download time in 250/- plan. you have an overall 1 gb thats all.
Unlimited download for Rs. 750 is a lot they are giving you.256 Kb.(notice the small "b", it means kilobits) = 32 KB (notice the capital "B", it means kilobytes)In simple means they tricked you. I have the same plan. If you want 2 Mbps speed go for Rs. 500 plan. Its got 2.5 GB free in day and unlimited download from 2am to 8am.go for the Rs. 250 plan its getting yourself hanged.
yup they can txt u all they want but u call only txt them 250 times duhhhh

Generally the cost of broadband will start at $250 for the initial investment, and include a monthly cost of $30-$60 per month. It's up to you, but that cost should also reflect how much you use the internet, not just video games.
% change = 150%% change=|original value - new value|/original value * 100%=|100 - 250|/100 * 100%=150/1 * 1%= 150%
