I have had a horrible situation with ATT. My Facebook has been violated by one of your employees. Malware and account has disappeared. I take in circles on you menu when I would call in. I have no problems with anyone else. I canceled my account as of may 8th. I am found another carrier and will pay less with unlimited everything. I was hell dealing with your employees. I recorded everything. I am taking my iPhone to be checked out for viruses and malware. I also had my Facebook disappear. I have never had anyone treat me in the way William and his team did. I am not trying to harm anyone in anyone in anyI have recordings and papers that we sign when I changed to AT&T. I had been for many years without any disconnected ever.
