If you mean "Watch It Now" movies on Netflix (or that type of thing), they download only a short amount at a time so you can't capture the whole movie. If your internet speed is too slow, it will halt or hang until your computer catches up. Is that what you mean by sticking? In that case, probably the best thing is to call the supplier's technical support line (see the website for help) and find out if you should change any of your settings.
