EDIT: I have done lots of research on this using C2K and have found out that they have a system which scans a webpage for a banned word in their data base and if its there they block the page. They don't block the whole website, only the pages containing the banned words. I used all my research to make a website which is invisible to school servers and is almost impossible to block.
