You can delete a website from your history in Chrome. Just mark that item in history and click on delete.

Google Enhance toolbar can be deleted in the extensions. You can disable to delete the extension to remove it.

I somehow got the ibario toolbar when I re-installed Chrome. Had a hell of a time figuring out how to remove it. It's not an independent program that can be uninstalled in the control panel. It's an extension in Chrome so you have to go into Chrome's "settings" then to extensions and click the trashcan to delete it. Probably a similar process in other browsers.
You can go in the settings bar and More Tools options. Then go to Extensions and delete the one, you do not need.
You cannot delete a toolbar but you can hide it by right clicking on the Menu Bar a selecting that toolbar in the menu that pops up.
You have to delete the cookie for that particular website from your internet browser preferences.

If the download is still in progress you can pause the download and cancel it. If the toolbar is already finished downloading you can go into your browser's settings and disable or delete the toolbar.
