First go talk to G then go to the docks talk herbert then take the light that klutzy was holding go in the light house and take a barrel of cream soda then go to plaza and go to coffee shop and help clean the cookies( if you accidentally use it you can ask the guy for another one) find a huge propeller hat in HQ on the rack then give it and the cookie to the green puffle near the night club and take the paper then talk to the penguin waiting on line to see the play get him a Pizza and take the newspaper then take the paper attached to it then go back to the docks and find your way to herbert then talk to g

If I were you, I would just open up a new tab on your web browser for any mission and find some sort of a reference site like Club Penguin wiki. It really helps.
