First go to the main site, scroll down to where it says 'pixie hollow membership'
After clicking on it, you will come to a page that says, 'purchase options'
Scroll down & on the left hand side there is a button that says, 'redeem a gift'
Then you will be directed to a page that asks you to imput the access code.
