How do you change Google Chrome to a default browser instead of internet explorer?

Using the IE menu click on 'Tools', then click on 'internet Options', then click on the tab 'Programs'. You should see a button 'Make Default' under the heading 'Default Web Browser'. Click that button to make IE your default web browser. Answer:Methode 1:

if you want to make a firefox browser default then go to >> firefox menu >> options >> advanced >> then click on general tab. under the system defaults you can find a button called check now. if Firefox do not be you default browser then you will be asked whether you want to make it default or not. just click yes you are done.

if you want to make chrome your default browser then go to setting and at the bottom of the screen you can see a button "make chrome my default browser" if chrome is not default already.
