You cannot change the date and time of a tweet once it has been posted on Twitter. However, you can delete the original tweet and then repost it with the desired date and time by manually adjusting the content to reflect that. Alternatively, you can use Twitter's scheduling feature through TweetDeck or other third-party tools to schedule future tweets for specific dates and times.
