If the movie is down on the timeline, then you click on it while the video is not running, and it should turn blue. If so, then click the delete button and it should go away. If it is in the clips section, it should work the same way. If you want to delete an entire project, then go to Finder, click 'Movies', then scroll to the one you want to delete, and click and drag it to the trash. Click on the trash and then the gear at the top left. Choose empty trash.
because of different file sizes.

(If you mean deleting stuff)To delete songs or videos. You need to do this on iTunes. Remove the designated songs or videos from your iTunes library by right clicking on the song or video and hitting delete. The next time you sync to your iPod from iTunes, it will take off the songs or videos not in your iTunes library. To delete apps. On your iPod, if you hold down the app you want to delete for a few seconds, all the apps will start shaking and x's will show at the top corner of the apps you added (the ones that didn't originally come with the iPod) and if you hit the x, it will ask you if you are sure you want to delete it from your iPod. Accept, and it is no longer on your iPod. You can also do this from iTunes, like the songs and videos. (Unfortunately, there is no way to delete the apps that came with your iPod.) To delete photos. Go to the photo you want to delete and hit the little trash can on the menu on the bottom of the screen. Hope this helped!
