There are two ways to post links on deviantART. One way is simply copying the URL of a website and pasting it into your comment/journal. It will appear like this: [link]
Or, you have text become a link. In which case you would put this in your comment/journal:

When you post that, your written text will be 'clickable' and take the person to that link.
