The best you can do is to trace the IP address and get information about the country from where the e-mail was sent, the ISP of the sender and stuff like that. However headers can easily be forged, so you can't even trust these limited bits of information.
Even with a legitimate header it will be hard for the normal man on street to find out who really sent it. You will either need a warrant to get this kind of information from the sender's ISP and they will most likely share the information with authorities only, not with the general public.
