Assuming you're meaning so that you can receive calls to your Verizon number on the AT & T number - yes you can. There should be the facility on your phone to forward your calls to other numbers. HOWEVER - bear in mind that - if any calls are forwarded, YOU pay the cost of the call from your number to the number you're forwarding to.
The difference between Verizon's Global Phone and other wireless phones is that with Verizon's Global Phone one can be in any country and still make and receive calls. But a person that has another wireless phone that is not a Global Phone will not be able to make and receive calls to another person if they are out of the country,

Dial #72 and the number you want to forward the calls to. I did this on my Assurance phone and it worked.
